Why is working with a coach at Michael Wood Fitness different from conventional training? At MWF we take a different approach by performing a needs assessment looking at the “whole” person. We then look at the needs of the individual in terms of their nutritional intake, special needs and goals. We then put a specific TBC30 Plan in motion for that client.
