I recently tried a protein bar post workout called the Rise Bar and really enjoyed it. In addition to the great taste it was also gluten free and had only five ingredients! They offer 12 different bars and two are high protein. I liked the fact it had 17 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and a doable 4.4 on the carb:fiber ratio (<10 is ideal).
